Hola !! I’m a senior Sociology major and Hispanic Studies minor interested in the connection between art and activism–art made as a form of self-expression and/or healing as well as with a political purpose in mind. I am particularly interested in how women can use art as a form of reclamation and empowerment, in the female and non-heteronormative body as a site of resistance, and connections between the two.
I’ve worked with video and audio editing, video cameras, social media, printing documents, and have v limited experience with graphic design. I have a lot of experience with photography (still cameras) and image editing!
